Renovations & Construction:
If you plan to have any work done to your property, you MUST submit the plans and an application for a permit to the ARC, before any work is started. Some contractors may tell you they know the specifications and will handle the paperwork, and then they have not followed the proper procedure. This has resulted in errors made and remedies required. You will find the Rules and Standards, permit applications and general information on the Documents page. Click here to view.

A few reminders:
  • Dogs are to kept on owner's property. If walking in the neighborhood, the pet must be on a leash. We have received calls about loose dogs frightening people and pets. Roaming or unleashed dogs will be handled by Travis County Animal Control. See Travis County Ordinance.
  • All vehicles are to be parked on the driveway. The vehicles may not be parked on the street or in the turn-around areas. Boats, trailers, motor homes must be parked out of view. No vehicle may park off the street on grass areas.
